Invalid means a check failed
An invalid result identifies a failure in an executed check, such as a missing required field or an inconsistent total. Start with its original rule ID and affected field. Correct the source and export a replacement.
Partial leaves a question open
Partial means some information was read or checked, but full supported conformance was not established. For example, a required PDF/A check may not have run. Do not translate partial into valid.
Unsupported needs the right tool
An unsupported profile may be legitimate but outside this service’s coverage. Keep its original, ask the issuer which profile they supplied and use a validator covering it. A replacement that changes profile or rule version needs a fresh coverage review.
