Download before expiry
Free retains files and results for seven days. Subscription-funded and successfully completed Fix Pack advanced reports retain them for thirty days. The document detail shows the actual expiry. Non-expiring pack credits do not make files permanent.
Understand the storage allowance
Free has 20 MiB, Starter 100 MiB and Pro 250 MiB. A workspace with retained advanced Fix Pack reports can use 50 MiB. Stored drafts, contacts and document data share the budget. Delete unneeded data or download completed files to your own records; usage quotas do not guarantee space for every maximum-size file.
Evidence is not an archive
An evidence ZIP contains the original, report and a manifest with hashes and executed checks. Keep it in your own appropriate storage. Technical checks establish neither tax correctness nor recipient acceptance, and temporary storage is not statutory archiving.
