Monthly plans
Free is the only plan available at launch. No credit card is required. It includes 25 generations, 250 inspections per UTC calendar month, 20 MiB private storage and seven-day file retention.
Starter and Pro are marked Coming soon on Pricing and in Usage & billing. New subscriptions and paid plan changes are unavailable. There is no automatic upgrade or overage charge; a future purchase requires your explicit order.
The one-time Fix Pack
Fix Pack is also Coming soon and cannot be purchased. Existing credits remain usable and do not expire. Choose pack funding explicitly before inspection. An active subscription is used first, preserving pack credits. Only complete valid or invalid pack reports spend a credit; incomplete assessments and technical failures release it.
Limits and cancellation
In Settings → Usage & billing, the meters show used, reserved and remaining allowances and the reset date. Expand Good to know for counting and retention details. Successful generations and delivered monthly inspection reports count, including partial and unsupported results. Technical failures and cancellations release reservations. Downloads use no extra allowance.
At the monthly limit, wait for the next UTC calendar month. Delete unneeded files to free storage; if service capacity is full, try again later. Download Free files and reports within seven days and keep your own archive. Drafts, contacts and catalog entries remain until deleted. Settings → Data & retention has retention information and a link to usage.
Existing subscribers can still use Payments & receipts, cancel at the end of the period or undo a scheduled cancellation. Already funded advanced reports retain their original thirty-day expiry. New paid plan changes remain paused.
