Choose the original file
Upload the XML or original hybrid PDF supplied by the sender, up to 10 MiB. A scan or ordinary PDF has no structured invoice attachment to validate. Uploaded original bytes are preserved; inspection does not turn them into an editable draft. You can also drop the file on Overview; it opens Received documents and starts the same check there. To use a Fix Pack credit, start from Received documents instead.
Read coverage before the verdict
Check the detected profile and the layers that actually ran. XML schema, EN16931, profile rules and PDF/A are separate checks. Partial or unsupported means full conformance has not been established. A green XML check alone does not prove PDF/A conformance.
Choose paid tracking deliberately
Free provides findings and basic downloads. With a Fix Pack, enable advanced inspection before uploading to spend one credit on comparison, a correction request and evidence export. An active subscription supplies these tools automatically. Technical failures and partial/unsupported pack inspections return the reserved credit.
Find retained documents
Search and format/result filters search all retained documents in your workspace. Use upload date/time bounds in your local timezone and Previous/Next to browse fifty-row pages. If an upload times out or capacity is busy, retry the same file; the request key prevents duplicate admission.
